The furnace/air conditioning fan was making noise all night and the customer service was poor.

The staff was unfriendly, the room was extremely noisy, shopping was too far away, the dining menu was very expensive, not easy access to restaurants.

Location was convenient.
Room was not clean, bathroom very dingy, dirty grout and crumbling caulk.

While the lobby was attractive, the rooms and bathrooms were definitely not of 4-star quality. I would give this hotel 3 starts at most.

Big and comfortable rooms.
Long corridors, long walk to rooms.

It's actually part of the Rogers Center and is a good experience for tourists like me. It's also next to the CN Tower and highway so sightseeing is convenient as well. The room is comfortable and it's a definite 4 star hotel.

We enjoyed being able to watch the activities in Roger's Centre baseball field.
The exercise equipment was not available for use at night. Wireless access was not free.

Great place to stay for baseball fans. The restaurant looks right over the field. The rooms were a bit pricey for their size, we had a room with a city view, but they were spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. You park in Rogers Centre parking, valet parking is also available. It may be difficult to find a spot when there is an event at Rogers Centre, but we were able to find one even though we arrived during a game. read more

Beautiful rooms and accommodations. Excellent to stay and attend an event at the Rogers centre
Our room was not ready until after 6:00 p.m. which was frustrating

Staff was friendly and accommodating athough our room was not ready until 6:00 p.m. which was frustrating. The room and amenities completely made up for it. My daughter was attending a concert at the Rogers Centre and it was so convenient!

Being able to watch a CFL game from our room!
Having a blue tarp pulled over the window the next day - gloomy.

I was in Toronto to see a Blue Jays Game, location is perfect!
Our room was in poor repair, broken closet door, dated washroom generally in need of refurbishnent

In Toronto for baseball game and the hotel is attached to Rogers Centre. Bar overlooking field great place to watch Blue Jays batting practice, half priced tapas from 5:00-7:00 a great deal.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Wonderful hotel clean large rooms and good location, Tim Horton's one block away safe area would stay here again for sure.

One of the biggest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.
Parking charges did not cover time after check out.

Excellent location as we were there for a Blue Jays night game and an afternoon game the next day. Extremely spacious room.
