The staff was quite helpful when we expressed a concern and the hotel was beautiful.

Hotel was unique and beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating in every situation. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and satisfactorily. We especially loved the fish in the inside ponds/streams. Very nice. Would stay here again.

The hotel overall is very nice.
No designated smoking areas.

This is a nice to stay, clean and warm, it has a cozy feel to it. Vending machine are far depending on where your room is located. If you smoke, there are no amenities to accommodate since the hotel is non-smoking standing outside in the cold by an ashtray next to a trash can is the best you get, it made me feel homeless. This is still a nice place.
