The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I would have preferred 2 queen beds instead 2 doubles but it was quite nice regardless.

Excellent beds.
Location a little too far from the action.
Very nice hotel located near the harbor and Stanley Park. The rooms were very spacious and the city views were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff, and a lovely room.
Entrance was somewhat difficult with the wheelchair.
ADA room was nice and very usable for disabled. But it was a bit small to maneuver the chair and wheelchair storage.was pretty tight. The staff was very helpful especially when we had issues with the electric wheelchair. The bed linens were wonderful though the towels weren't the best.
