Rooms are very luxurious, beautiful lobby, nice bar, great front porch to smoke cigars on, and a nice bathroom with separate room for toilet and shower.

It's beautiful and in an excellent location.

This is a gorgeous old, restored hotel. Its bay front location amidst the amenities of St Pete is first rate. The staff couldn't be more courteous and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Very quaint, well restored old Spanish feel.
Parking costs were outrageous, incidental charges way too high.

Nice hotel, great location near the water. Staff was friendly and room was nicely renovated. Old Spanish feel, great historic hotel. Near restaurants. Liked the hotel, rate was extremely reasonable, but the incidentals like water, parking, food at the hotel were ridiculously high.

Hotel had the old world charm with all the amenities as of newer hotels.
My husband loved the restaurants I wanted more of the normal food. I didn't want upscale restaurant food.

The decor was beautiful, the hotel had a wonderful obedience with rockers on the front porch where you could kick your shoes off and have a totally relaxed even with a cocktail. The movie idea at night was enjoyable for children or adults. I also like the chocolate fondue evening. That morning nearby was a great green market and for a $.25 you could take the trolley for a ride and learn some history about the town. I would recommend this historic hotel to all my friends. read more
