Rooms were nicely decorated, staff very; friendly, beautiful area outside to walk, flowers etc.
One of the bed mattresses was sort of squeaky and felt old.

The hotel was nice. I was there for a conference and my family came along for fun. They had plenty to keep them busy.

Room service was a bit pricey.

From the minute you walk into the lobby you become relaxed and comfortable. The rooms are huge! The service is impeccable. You really feel like you are being pampered. I loved this hotel.

Always impeccably professional and friendly service. Crisp, polished staff.
they were repainting at the time of our stay. Some features (room doors, etc) look dated.

Loved staying here because of the staff! They remodeled the gym/spa recently and it is lovely.

The location, the bed, the view, the pillows, the staff.
No free internet, no fridge or micro wave, long walk from elevator and ice, card didn't work.

The hotel was very nice, clean, bedding felt good. Free parking. friendly staff.

The value for the dollar I received for this stay was outstanding. Work out room great, lounge for doing my nightly paperwork, everything was great.
