Some of the staff members were not friendly. Unpleasant place to walk alone in the evening, industrial area.

Near airport.
Food and restaurant, hidden extra charges for Internet and no shuttle bus from airport.

Although the price was good for Zurich, the front desk staff's main goal was to help me to spend more than I wanted to spend. There was inaccurate information about transportation from the airport, costing me money for a van and a taxi, no information about what was in the area in the way of restaurants. Hotel restaurant was expensive and very basic. Loud patrons in the bar were a real problem. Only one restaurant was open on a Sunday evening. Lobby was not very attractive. Too cheap to deliver a newspaper -just printouts of excerpts from a newspaper were delivered at room door. Front desk staff ignored my request for queen or king bed, put me in an insecure room with kind of patio outside and an unlocked window. When I asked for information about shopping in Zurich this was never answered. All in all, does not compare well to other Marriott and Renaissance properties. read more

Easy access to tram both to airport (10 minutes) and city (20 minutes). Quiet, large, comfortable, and clean rooms. Appears to be little of touristic interest in the immediate area. Staff was very accommodating.

Location to airport. Excellent room service. Very appealing inside. Loved our suite!
Our suite overlooked a stone roof.

Very pleased to find out we were in a suite when we arrived - opposed to a room. Room was very clean - everything there we needed. 2 bathrooms which was great. Transportation very close by. Very appealing and tastefully decorated. Menu and room service was great!
