Good location, friendly staff, and nice public facilities.
Rooms are dark, and poorly lighted. Restaurant area was also poorly lighted and food was not good quality.

The hotel is well located and easy to get to from airport terminals via shuttle. The staff was friendly and competent. The rooms, however, were poorly lighted and dark, actually too dark to allow easy reading. The restaurant also lacked a bright atmosphere and the food was not as good as expected, a real drawback since the isolation of the setting did not offer easy eating alternatives to the hotel's facilities. read more

Exceptionally friendly staff; very accommodating and attentive.

Excellent for an airport hotel. Was on the club floor and received excellent service. The food in the club floor lounge was superb. Would absolutely use this hotel again in the future for a business stay.

Free airport shuttle service.
Restaurant prices do not match quality of cuisine.

If you need a hotel near the airport with free shuttle service, this is the place. Actually, it's one of only two hotels near the airport. Otherwise, nearest hotel is 45 minutes in Seoul. The lobby is grand and the rooms are large and very well designed comfy beds. However, you pay additional charges for internet and other services. Restaurant very pricey for the quality of food, probably because they know travelers need to dine and there's nowhere else to go! read more

Good hotel, but very expensive. Has a great health club and spa. Convenient to inch eon airport.
