Outward appearance and layout of the hotel was very nice.
Unwillingness to accommodate when problem occurred.

Outward look and first look at hotel room was very nice. Upon entrance into the bathroom, I noticed that the bathtub was covered in water beatles. I quickly called down to the front desk to ask to be moved to another room, the front desk attendant told me that she would check on it and call me back. 20 minutes later a maintenance man came and removed the bugs and assured me there were no more bugs in the room, and that there wasn't an opportunity to move to another room. As I checked out in the morning, I again talked with the front desk and no apology's were made and/or alternative arrangements because of accommodations. read more

Great staff, great breakfast, lovely rooms,exercise rooms, laundry.

This was a lovely place to stay. The staff was warm and friendly, arranged everything on the spot. Rooms were clean and inviting, with everything we needed-great little kitchen area, eating bar, We enjoyed the exercise area. Wonderful laundry area, too.They had some items for sale for snacking. Very thoughtful planning.

Great room, great Priceline rate, and great breakfast.
It is a little hard to find but staff was helpful.

I did not know what to expect and was really, most pleasantly, surprised. I enjoyed the stay tremendously and will gladly stay again.

The location to ACU (family lives a block from ACU) so it was very convenient.
Entrance coming from the opposite direction is not the easiest.

Having to change rooms when door lock failed

Hotel had two equipment problems while we were there - 1)Handrail in stairwell was pulled out of wall and left hanging for a day after we reported it as a safety hazard. 2)Lock on our room failed in the locked position with us in the room. Hotel staff quickly moved us to room across the hall and sent a goodie bag - Good Recovery!
