The hot complimentary breakfast!
The facilities are a little old, but well-maintained.

Nicely maintained older facility. The complimentary hot breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. The location is very convenient.

The kitchen is in the room. It is a furnished apartment.
The bed sags. The first floor unit lacks privacy. The parking is too close to the room.

The setup is great for a longer stay. The bedding needs improvement.

The location was close to a shopping center, restaurants, and attractions.
The room was okay, not particularly clean, or at all what I would expect from a 3 star hotel at all. I was disappointed.

I was disappointed with the look and feel of the room, I didn't really feel comfortable at all.. When I checked in by myself as a young woman on a non-busy night, they gave me a suite isolated in the back by myself. They were very nice when I asked to switch rooms, but they could have been more proactive when I checked in.

Hotel staff was very friendly/helpful.
Sound insulation between rooms was very poor. Could hear occupant in next room on phone, no sleep until he quit watching TV.
