I liked the free breakfast.
This hotel is not a 3 star hotel because it is dirty. I felt uncomfortable about sleeping in the bed.

I use an electric scooter and the room was designed for the disabled.
I would have preferred 2 beds.
The hotel was great, clean, very close to where we needed to go,had good information, great amenities.

I liked the kitchenette.
Needs upgrading....
The first room they gave me was in the back of the property and very inconvienent to get to with luggage and it was dirty. The rooms need to be upgraded.

The night clerk was friendly.
Stained chairs and couches, dated rooms, old building, had to wait through a lake to get to my room, advertised van was unreliable, day staff was bad.
This hotel is doing it's best to stay open. It is dated, almost dumpy, noisy old air conditioning units, and should be given a 2 star. The breakfast is the best thing about the place.

It was run down and stinky. Not close to 3 stars, if 3 stars means upscale. I'd be scared to go for less than 3 stars from Priceline for certain after this stay.

Location, right in the middle of buck head! Very nice area.
Pillows were uncomfortably flat and thin.
Good location for a good hotel, it is more so designed for those who are planning on an extended stay. You will not get an urban city feel staying here since its not a tower hotel. But good hotel nonetheless.

Bed, lighting, breakfast.
Damaged bathroom door, vinyl and nearby carpeting due to toilet overflows..
The room and common area accommodations were very nice, spacious, great for the Priceline price. Only the damaged bathroom and resulting odor were a downside. The toilet overflowed when I flushed it with one tissue in it. Because of that and the previous damage, there is a bigger problem than clogging.

It was open.
It wasn't closed.
This property is way passed it's prime. Would make a great parking lot for a new Merriott Courtyard.
