Convenience to the downtown areas.
Terrible parking option - valet only for $23 daily.
I stayed for nights and my sheets were not once changed, they only made the bed. I could have done that myself! However, they do have a friendly staff.

I enjoyed the large room with free food gifts.
The business center was small with only one computer.
The staff is great and very helpful. I was impressed with the level of service I received. The location was great in the middle of downtown ATL close to many attractions.

Great service and manageress; breakfast and afternoon lunch excellent.
Limited exercise room weights.
This was an excellent location for downtown Atlanta, free tour provided by manageress, unexpected excellent breakfast and evening drinks and full snacks. Highly recommended for visit or business in downtown area.

Great location in the heart of Atlanta on Peachtree.
Parking - valet seemed to be the only practical option.
Had to circle the block several times to find a parking place, finally had to let the valet take the car. It sounded like the parking garage was a few blocks away and I'd have to pay every time I took the car out. After that, I was pleasantly surprised to find a great hotel staff and a very comfortable room. They offered free breakfast and have a small kitchenette in the room.

It was close to the Georgia dome.
The room was tiny .
Size of the room was a huge negative. Barely room between end of bed and wall to get to the far end of the bed.

Nothing.
Loud noises in the walls every time water is turned on.
The hotel is extremely outdated and the room was dark and felt unclean. The rooms need serious remodeling. Everything looked old. There were loud stuttering noises coming through the walls every time anyone in the building ran water. The door in the restroom was not easy to opened and close. Water leaked from the toilet. When I called about the water noises, I was told it is a historical hotel. I checked out the next morning. read more
