The room was extremely clean and was modern. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The staff member that checked me in let me know that the property next door would usually let their guests use their indoor pool. We tried it and they did! The continental breakfast offered items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, a selection of cereals, toast, etc. It was good and the eating area was clean. I would stay again and again. The front desk man was such a happy person it was hard to believe I arrived to the hotel so late. He made my stay so comfortable. The breakfast was great and FREE!

It met our expectations and was very clean.

Very friendly staff that got us checked in quickly. Very well laid out room and facility area. Would be a great place for a family or business travelers that would like to make some of their own meals during a trip. Very well laid out mini kitchen area that had anything you needed. Overall had never stayed at a Residence Inn before and was very pleasantly surprised by how nice and quiet it was. I think there were a lot of business travelers staying there. Having never stayed at this hotel, we didn't know quiet what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a clean, smartly decorated, roomy room. In the morning we enjoyed a marvelous, free hot breakfast. I'd go back anytime!

Much nicer than I anticipated. Everything was spotless and the staff was friendly and efficient. We would have happily stayed longer - the sitting room was cozy and well-arranged, with plenty of space to get some work done, free Wi-Fi, by the way, and the bedroom was much larger than we expected. We don't usually stay in this type of hotel, but our room was cleaner and brighter than many nicer hotels I've stayed in. Sure, there are a few signs of age, but not on anything that's critical to your stay. read more

This is a residence inn in the North part of Austin - very convenient to I 35. It appears very new - the room was very attractive - I could hear some kiddos in the hall way - but once inside no sounds. There is a fridge, cooking - microwave, etc. Large tub - soft towels. Breakfast was good too - eggs - bacon - waffles - cereal - fruit - the works. I got a great deal and will book again. read more
