Parking fees.

This hotel tend to be over inflated. While this was a nice hotel, it was not a three star. The parking fees were extremely overpriced.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
The arrival area is cramped in a small underground parking lot.

The Residence Inn Beverly Hills does a great job of providing adequate suite amenities in such a small amount of space in a busy, cramped part of LA. The hotel is clean and upscale, and the staff is phenomenally friendly and helpful.
