Had great difficulty finding the hotel.

Difficult to find but certainly worth finding. Good sized, clean rooms with all facilities. Good selection at breakfast.

Great rooms, and friendly service.

For the price the hotel was excellent. The rooms were great, the location convenient, and even though it was close to a major road, one didn't notice it as the layout of the hotel was good. Breakfast above average too.

Hotel had very easy access to the interstate.
Noise from the light rail train running next to hotel.

I stayed three nights and was satisfied with the comfort, cleanliness, and staff at the hotel. Even though the light rail train runs next to the hotel it never disturbed my sleep and my room had a view of the pond. It was a good value and I would stay there again.

There was no hot water for my morning shower.

The hotel was pleasant and a typical extended stay hotel. There was no hot water for a morning shower at 8am and there was a used washcloth left in the shower by the previous guest, but otherwise the hotel was fine.

Pillows were very
soft.

Slightly difficult to get to, but a great facility. Friendly staff, well appointed rooms. Although clean, the sheets & pillow cases did not have a fresh odor, possibly caused by waiting too long between washing and drying. Still a great place to stay - I'll return.

The sign age to the hotel was very bad. Poor visibility at night when not a local. The hotel is located in an industrial area.
