My husband and I were extremely pleased with this hotel! The room was spacious had a kitchen, fridge, microwave, comfy bed, and was super clean! The staff was friendly and helpful, too. A hot breakfast buffet was included in the price. We will definitely stay here again!

Internet could have been faster.

Attractive room, modern decor with large screen TV. Polite staff and good coffee at breakfast. Good variety of foods available at breakfast. Internet connection could have been faster and more reliable.

Breakfast buffet and manager's reception were included in the cost of my stay.
My door lock was broken, the manager asked the repairman to fix it, but he didn't. I was fearful that night.

Safe; quiet; clean; courteous staff; safe neighborhood; close to MERSI eye clinic ( the reason that I travel to cambridge); nice pool; adequate food provided.

Car entrance drop-off a bit small and congested for unpacking/packing upon arrival and departure.

The hotel is clean and accommodating, with especially generous services and amenities; it is particularly suitable for longer stays. The staff is friendly and helpful and well-informed. The location is good.

Having to pay extra for parking vehicle.

Excellent hotel for the value! Just a short train ride into downtown Boston in a nice, quiet area. Room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was fantastic as well. No need for a car if staying here as the T train only one block away.
