The full breakfast is great as is the evening reception. The fitness center and pool are a plus.

I like the familiar set up of the Residence Inn extended stay hotels. The rooms feels comfortable and the full kitchen is really great. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Beautiful, spacious room.
No heat, no hot water in the morning, staff did anything about it.

The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was included, but was very average (good selection but McDonald's quality). We would have a had a great stay but there was no heat (it was broken in our room) and they could not move us to another room.

Convenient to restaurant and subway and good breakfast.
Pull out couch was awful to sleep on. Not set up for two.

Hotel is easy to get to, well situated around restaurant and subway. Room is clean and attractive and efficiency is useful for stay of two or more days. Hotel staff is friendly and continental breakfast is delicious. Welcoming environment.

I loved the kitchen inside the unit - I was not expecting it and it was a welcome surprise.
I was highly unhappy that a $20 a day parking cost that was not disclosed in the information on the hotel website.

Very comfortable and clean. Nice free breakfast buffet, and the desk staff was highly helpful in getting around the area (transportation, restaurant suggestions, attractions, etc.).

We had use of a studio apartment, very nice surprise.
The hot breakfast buffet was not hot, or tasty. The food was dry and cold.

I liked the hotel room very much, a lot of space, and a kitchen to use. The breakfast was pretty bad, after trying some of the "hot" food I opted for the prepackaged foods like yogurt and cereal and milk. The staff was also friendly. Another disappointment had to pay $20 for parking. I know it was Cambridge area, but $20 was too much for the night.

Spacious clean room, free internet, cooperative staff.
Small gym, not located the city centre.

Excellent room arrived there very early (noon time), after 14 hours of flight, the room was arranged for in 10 minutes. I also loved the free wireless internet service.
