Large rooms, kitchen.
Needed to be updated, colors were unappealing.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was great. It was quiet, breakfast was OK, it was kind of a small area. Didn't have a business center, just a computer out in the open area of the dining area.

Too much noise from upper floors.

Compared to other Marriott Courtyards, this hotel was extremely noisy. Every footstep from above kept us awake.

They did try to make it right with a small amenity and were nice.
Lack of sense of urgency getting things fixed. Bed linens extremely wrinkled. Spots/trash on carpet. Smoke detector battery went dead.

Just very bad first day. Nice people, but went to get away and get some rest, which certainly did not happen. Just a lack of resources or urgency of gettting things fixed. Bad experience. Not your typical Marriott.
