Large room with kitchenette and fireplace was nice.
Hard to get across the busy street and the construction next door. Would have been better if TV was bigger.
I would recommend this hotel to others and my experience was pleasant I like a large bathroom.

Complimentary shuttle service, kitchen efficiency, and location convenience.
Inability to communicate with housekeeping due to poor English skills.
The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. the location was great and the complimentary shuttle service came in handy. the room was spacious, comfortable and cozy. the lobby area was clean and tidy. overall i was very satisfied with the hotel.

The breakfast was great.
The rooms were in quadplex buildings and getting the luggage from the parking and up the stairs was difficult.
The location is excellent for the medical centers and easy to reach downtown.

Great facility; unfortunately not safe!
Safety was a big problem!!
Safety was a big concern and an issue. Although the facility it self was well maintained, the police department had to be called due to excessive loitering. We were afraid to our room after dark and were told not to by staff. Neither Priceline or the hotel chain helped with this problem. Very disappointing. Choose another location!

It had a fireplace.
Fleas and cockroaches.
Upon arrival I thought it was a nice hotel. The room did look clean at a glance. We had to use the sofa/bed for our boys and the sheets they gave us to use didn't smell clean. They wouldn't give us any others stating these were the ones for us to use and they are clean if in the bag provided. The kitchen appeared clean until using the provide glasses, dirty. The shower was not clean. When we woke there were 2 dead cockroaches and the boys woke with bites. Later discovered there were fleas, I saw to active ones. read more

Close to hospitals.
No light in dining area, staff stated cannot do anything about it. Stayed there 2 days, no light at dining area for 2 days.

Size of room and comfort of bed.
Very clean, very nice room. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Overall, very nice. I would even go back if I were traveling for a longer period of time. Big, spacious room.

Location, full kitchen, nice living area, wonderful complimentary breakfast, and very clean.
The beds are old and too soft and need replacing, my husband and I ended up rolling into the middle of the bed.
The hotel was near the Houston Medical Complex and had a shuttle to the hospitals every 30 minutes, that is wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was great with all kinds of variety. The suites were attractive, and clean and the hotel staff was wonderful.
