Their definition of a heated pool and mine do not agree. Pool was too cold.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. I have nothing negative to say except that the heated pool was too cold.

who worked the complementary breakfast was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good and changed daily.
There was not much parking available on the side of building our room was on and we always had to park in back and walk quite a bit.

Very clean and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and love to stay at hotels like this always!

Slight odor in room.

The worst room in the hotel. It wasn't a bad room, just no views of anything and had a slight odor, not a bad smell, more like old cooking smells. There is absolutely no early check-in, even only 45 minutes, which I found a bit off putting. Front desk person was watering a plant when we came in and decided to finish up with that before she came to help us: not a good start, but rest of staff made up for it. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, but, breakfast waitress was fun and seemed to like her job. The AC unit for the room was located right out side the windows and was very loud. read more

Great option for weekend getaway with family.
Probably due for a remodel soon.

This hotel was a fantastic place to stay in Durango. It's close to downtown and the train station. We had a very nice time and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant stay, above expectations in everything.

Great ambiance, friendly, very well managed. Staff great. 4 great days and would like to visit there again.
