The kids loved having a kitchen and the huge rooms!
It was a little hot in the room.

I absolutely loved this hotel and so did the kids I had. The staff was incredible, even during the middle of the night when the kids were bugging them. The oversize rooms and the kitchen spoiled me to the point that now I only want to stay in a Residence Inn from now on. They even do your grocery shopping for you! I loved it.

No parking, front desk wasn't helpful, halls smelled like feet.

There was not enough parking at all. I had to park at another hotel and walk back in the rain to my hotel. The hallways smelled terrible. The front desk wasn't very helpful when I had issues with the free Wi-Fi. The room was nice, but I had asked for a king-sized bed and only got a full.

Very nice hotel, convenient to airport.
Nothing!

Everyone was very nice; shuttle service to airport was excellent. Definitely would recommend this hotel to stay in Louisville.

Comfortable bed and refrigerator in room.
Back door in building two went to a wall, I had to park behind the building and the back door looked at that parking lot, but there was a wall.

Staff was excellent and helped me with boxes and directions to places.

Customer service was very professional from the time i entered until i left. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Nothing.

Again, the customer service was extraordinary! The appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. I have stayed at Residence Inns before and they are usually good experiences. This particular one on the other hand was above and beyond any of my previous experiences.

Friendly staff.
Elevator was out of service for 1 day.

The room was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is right next to a highway though, so the highway noise was pretty loud if we slept with the windows open.

Would have like a king bed.

Nice apt/suite setup - great for family or long stay. Clean and comfortable.
