Cannot think of anything we did not like.

This is a beautiful place. The suites are immaculate and well furnished. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts are excellent and the complimentary evening receptions with food on Tues-Wed-Thurs were a surprising nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers, families, really anyone. The indoor pool looked inviting but we didn't bring suits. The free WiFi worked great. read more

The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated.

The hotel was well beautifully landscaped and well maintained inside and out. The facility looked new! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was unexpectedly large and the most comfortable bed in a hotel that I have slept in.
It had an out dated tv.

Over all our stay was great. friendly people on staff, very knowledgable in regards to info on the area. Great stay would love to stay there again.

Very clean and close to restaurants/shopping.
The girl who checked us in didn't want to answer questions, she kept her ipod in her ears!

I would stay again. The only reason I didn't give excellent for some questions was because the pool was being worked on and the location was a little far from downtown area. Depends on why you're visiting Louisville. The clerk who wouldn't unplug her ipod didn't help either!

I don't like the idea of pets being allowed under any circumstance. They are animals.
