Location.
We stayed in a handicap room because they did not have any regular rooms. We only had a shower & I take baths so I was very unhappy.

They did not have the room type for which I had a reservation available at 8:30 pm when we checked in. The handicap room we used did not have a bathtub and I take a bath every night before bed. The desk clerk was not helpful and I felt he was not being honest about room availability.

This place was clean, new, conveniently located and the in-room amenities were great.

We enjoyed the spacious room we stayed in along with the cleanliness, and newness of the hotel. The convenience of location with easy access was also great with nearby shops.

Clean and close to everything for our needs, nice pool and gym area.

With ample parking, clean rooms and a great breakfast layout, The staff was friendly and helpful when needed and the pool and gym were superb. It was close to good shopping and dinning. All in all a great experience.

The hotel was very clean, in my room and in the public spaces.

Great experience. The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff were exemplary. I found the included breakfast to be more than adequate.

Great staff, large clean comfortable rooms better than average breakfast.

This hotel served us well in location as we have relatives and friends in Greeley, Ft. Collins and Louisville/Lafayette. It had the Outlet Mall and many restaurants nearby. The view of the mountains was great. This location avoids all the traffic you now encounter in Ft. Collins. Would go back tomorrow if we could.
