The staff at check-in was very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent. Since this was a leisure trip for us it was nice having a 12:00 pm. check-out.

A very nice hotel. The rooms have a separate living space and kitchen so they are very spacious and comfortable. Although, Minneapolis has great restaurants, this was a road trip for us and we found it very useful to have a fridge to store both our car food and our leftovers from the great local dining. The hotel also provides a breakfast which is not exactly gourmet but certainly more than adequate, with plenty of choices. Downtown location is very convenient. Most downtown attractions are within walking distance and the Light Rail station is just a couple of blocks away if you want to visit the Mall of America. Although there is a youth factor, for the most part the staff is generally helpful, courteous, and efficient. read more

I was very satisfied with the hotel. It was clean, well-maintained and is in an excellent location downtown.

This was a very nice hotel. The furnishings were much like home, and the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large with a little something for every taste. I have already recommended the hotel to friends.

This hotel was a nice surprise for the money; clean, well appointed rooms and a huge buffet breakfast in the lobby the next morning. Staff were helpful, but not overly friendly. Nicely located for anything you'd want to do in Minneapolis, and convenient to get to.

Great! Definitely overly impressed. It had a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, everything! Felt very safe with the security and hotel staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was a perk and by far the best continental breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. Great value! Great price! Definitely will be going back!

Great decor, nice clean room. You will pay an extra 20.00/day minimum to park in the hotel ramp if there is room. Otherwise get your walking shoes and wallet ready!

When I walked into the room I was blown away. It was enormous, had a kitchen and 'living' area and was very clean. Hot breakfasts were complimentary and of very good quality. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. And the location was right in the heart of the city, so close to everything. I was very pleasantly. I would definitely visit this hotel again for future trips to Minneapolis. read more

Clean spacious rooms with easy access to downtown and only a short walk to the metro transit.

We checked in later in the day and we got upgraded to suite for free! The room was humongous and probably the fanciest room I've ever stay in -- we had our own kitchen with it! The free continental breakfast was great too.
