Only problem was with the reservation. Arrived at the hotel to find they did not have a room for me. Waited an hour for another room type then was forced to move rooms mid-way through my stay. I did an original booking then extended my stay way a month before arrival. They did not see my 2nd reservation for the extended stay. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Had to move my wife and kids out of the room on the first floor to another room on the fourth floor. It was very inconvenient. read more

Very nice layout of room, vanity area outside bathroom.
There was nothing I did not like.

Staff was extra friendly and helpful. As we were strangers to the area needed directions and recommendations. The breakfast had something for everyone such a great variety!

Suite configuration was perfect for family.

Good value as it was relatively convenient to the Norfolk airport and the suite configuration was nice for travel with child. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly at check-in and check-out.
