This is is great hotel in the middle of downtown and the staff is very friendly. The rooms have a lot of space and all the comforts of home.

The room was amazing, and a high quality. The bed was comfortable.
There was no place to drop off our luggage and passengers, The next day there seemed to be a place but it was used for parking when we arrived .

Great place, would definitely stay again. The room had a kitchenette, with full fridge, dishwasher etc. The hotel with grocery shop for you. The breakfast was great, more than just muffins and fruit. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel, especially the set up and comfort of the room that
I stayed in.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel, but if I had to disagree with anything it would be the additional cost to park..

The Residence Inn in Norfolk was one of the most inviting hotels that I've been to. I was very pleased with the arrangement, comfortability and welcoming staff.
