They allowed for late check out for those running the marathon so I had time after the race to shower before checking out.

Great location.
Expensive parking, though reasonable in comparison to other parking in area.
As with all Residence Inns, the rooms typically include a kitchen with refrigerator and small desk area. The furniture is somewhat dated, but clean and functional. Complimentary breakfast was nice, and the fitness room is much larger than most hotels. The biggest sell for this hotel is the location, which is central to several great neighborhoods, markets, and museums. I would return here. read more

The size of the room and location are what I liked best.
The room had a few hairs around.
I would stay there again because of the room size and location. The front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier.

The hotel was perfectly situated-easy to get all around Philly from there.
The maid service did not respond to 3 calls for extra toilet paper.
Overall, this was definitely a great stay. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice having a small kitchen area so that we could store things in the fridge for later. Also, the breakfast buffet included was great - many options that left you feeling full and it was a plus since we were traveling on a budget. The only downside of our stay was that we called for housekeeping to drop off extra toilet paper 3 times and they never came. We called the front desk and they immediately apologized and said it would be brought up to the manager. Lucky for us one of the cleaning staff was across the hall so we got it from her. Still it was a great stay. read more

Kitchen in the studio, complimentary breakfast, location.
Loud air condition.
Me and my friend enjoyed this hotel a lot especially given the price we paid to Priceline. Studios are pretty large w/little kitchen. Everything was functional and clean. Complimentary breakfast was nice surprise. Location was very good/right across the City Hall.
