The mold spores hanging from the ceiling.

Horrible. There was an active moldy leak over the vanity in the bathroom. The place was a dump! There was no remote for the TV and I was concerned about the air quality in the room.

the layout for long-term stays is excellent.
the apartment style layout can cause challenges with carrying luggage to 2nd level.

Great hotel and would stay again. Was concerned about outside door for security. But asked for room close to gatehouse and was pleased windows in room did not open for added safety. Spacious and clean.

The staff was great! The cocktail hour and breakfast were fabulous!
I could here my neighbors door slam, but he was prone to be loud.

The cottage like feel, and the separate buildings were quaint. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were very clean and amendable. The free popcorn bag in the room was great! The entire room felt like a suite and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The candy was a nice touch too.
