The room was comfortable, clean and organized. I felt like I was at home, and that is a big compliment.

Over all, this was a great experience, and I even extended our stay. I couldn't find anything to be improved. Food was great, staff was kind and attentive. The bed was extraordinary.

The room was clean and big and the staff was nice.
Without a navigation system it could be confusing to find.

It was a great experience. Very clean rooms along with a friendly staff make a short stay nice and a long stay great.

They need a larger sign at the entrance.

This was my first stay in a Residence Inn. I was very impressed and would certainly be glad to stay there again. The room was very comfortable. It would be great for extended stays since it had a stove and refrigerator. The breakfast buffet was very good.

All staff very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was a very clean hotel. Continental breakfast very nice.
Nothing.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while attending an event at the Charleston Civic Center. The hotel was great. One of the better places we have stayed. Location was quiet but a short drive to the civic center. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. We will definitely stay her again if in the area.

They made you feel glad you had chosen to stay there. The quality of everything was excellent.
