The location made for a safe, at home, feeling and the staff made us feel special.

Upon arrival, the staff was very courteous during check-in. The location was near the river, in an area that provided safety and security for personal property. The surrounding area was upscale and restaurants were easily accessible. The room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids, with a small closed-in balcony type room off the backside of the room. I would highly recommend this room for the leisurely traveler. read more

Clean, comfortable, easy, definitely a winner. Enjoyed that there was a shuttle service.

This hotel was just easy to deal with a clean and comfortable. Tasteful, up to date decorating. Wasn't in love with the breakfast buffet, but I'm also an extremely picky eater.

The kitchen in the room.
No shuttle service to Charleston.

The front desk was excellent, but with no shuttle to downtown I did have to rely on taxis. The room was fantastic, clean and with a nice kitchen area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Charleston, providing they have their shuttle service up and running.

Location was great, staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was great.

Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel stay, was completely enjoyable. Will definitely return.

We really liked the decor of the room and the beds were comfy.
We were hoping to be able to walk in the evening, but location is in the middle of two busy intersections.

Perfect set up for a suite. Lots of room, clean, useful kitchen, nice pool area and generous breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, and waffles!

Nice sized rooms/suites.
Air conditioning was not working well.

One night stay in Charleston. Hotel was clean and well decorated. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was that the staff seemed unprepared to deal with a large group of children with families for a local athletic event. The kids were loud (running through the halls) and left food and drinks on the elevator floor. I asked for a different room when I was placed next to a packed pool. The air conditioning in my new room was not working properly. read more
