They were all extremely friendly.

The staff was super friendly; even the night security guard was super cool. They didn't make me feel funny when I came in non-business like straight from Carowinds. It was 100 degrees that day, so I'm sure that I smelt splendid. They did not allow smoking in the rooms, but they had a nice area you could go outside to smoke at. There were many things close such as Walmart, Walgreen's, and all kinds of little place to eat. I will definitely stay there again. It was romantic to us, but we don't get out much. read more

Well maintained, clean, excellent kitchen, friendly staff.

I booked this hotel for my mother and was very pleasantly surprised that the accomodations were so lovely and quiet in what is a very busy area of Charlotte.

Great location, the room was alot more than I expected, awesome manager.
I can't think of one bad thing to say except maybe the price at that time race weekend.

The hotel room was great, more than I thought it would be but a little pricey, I'm sure that was because of the race in town. I would most defiantly stay here again.

It was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful.

We stayed as a family of 5 and it was a great experience! The place was very clean and the location was nice as well! They served a hot buffet breakfast which our whole family enjoyed! Great room for the price! We would stay again!

The breakfast was not what they told us and the cable had problems for 2 days.

It was very nice inside and out. Lots of activities. It would be a great place for an extended stay.

I thought the room was clean and quite nice.
I had to switch rooms as the TV didn't work.

The front desk employees were warm and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located and 5 minutes from the Verizon Amphitheatre. The room was clean and comfortable with an upgraded kitchen and bath. Very nice for the price.

Update decor with clean rooms and all the comforts of home.
Nothing at all.

Close to my business appointment, friendly service with a can-do attitude to help you. The breakfast was better than most hotels that I have recently stayed and it's free. They never ran out of today's newspapers. Clean rooms with all the accommodations of being at home. Why stay anywhere else.

The room was large with plenty of space and the breakfast was delicious.
The location was not easily accessible and only had one entrance/exit that really did not accommodate the size of the hotel.
