Location, it was close to the University of VA.
Could not get the internet services to work. Called help line two times.

Other than not getting the internet service to work in which I lost two days work the stay was good. I called the IT SVCS help desk two different days and they did not call me back until about an hour before I checked out.

The apartment feel; great kitchen; wonderful hot breakfast buffet; quiet.

We were traveling to a conference at Piedmont Community College; a one-night stay. Greeted by name by concierge. Room felt like a home-away-from-home. Friendly staff and easy drive to our conference the next morning. Easy location to find.

The hotel had a full breakfast buffet! It was wonderful.
There is really not anything I did not like.

The location was behind barracks road shopping center, which is close to the University of Virginia and in walking distance of restaurants, grocery store and a local bar. The breakfast is great! There is free fast internet service in each room. The rooms are suites only, meaning that they have a small kitchen with everything you need. There is a small outdoor pool available seasonally. The hotel lobby has a small store called 'the market' for sandwiches and anything you may have forgotten. The mattresses are very comfortable! Movies that are still in theaters are available to rent on your TV for approx 12.99. read more
