Residence Inn Cherry Hill/Philadelphia

This is a very nice Hotel located out of the hustle of Downtown. They provide complimentary breakfast and a light supper for happy hour.

I use Priceline often. I always get a single room that I share with my daughter. Sometimes the hotel gives me one bed instead of two. All it usually takes is for me to modify the front desk and they correct the problem immediately. The Residence Inn not only refused to correct the problem, but wanted to charge me full price for an upgrade. Even the manager on duty was unwilling to solve the customer's problem. Management at this hotel was so clueless that they called my room later that night asking how I was enjoying my stay? Unbelievable. I will be staying in the Cherry Hill Area several times over the next year. How can I be assured NOT to have to stay at this awful establishment again. read more

Well-kept, convenient location, ample space in room, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, functionality of room, excellent breakfast, quietness of location .

This is a fine hotel if you are tolerant of a noisy A/C and heating system with wide swings in temperature. It is also extremely close to I295 which is good for convenience however adds to the noisiness of the room. The beds were not particularly comfortable and I did not get a good night's sleep due to the previously mentioned items.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Since we were traveling with 3 children, it was an economical choice but it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accomodations were well kept and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great size rooms and more than comfortable for 4 family members. Breakfast buffet was not expected but was surely welcomed.

Hotel was Great, My family enjoyed it. We will try to make it back there again, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home like comfort and Family friendly place to rest and getaway for a bit.
