Beyond expectations for star level.

This was a very nice hotel. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Very nice pool. Room was clean and spacious.

Pleasant atmosphere, nice to stroll around premises. There was even an area with picnic tables and grills. The laundry room looked nice and clean. Breakfast was good with a nice eating area. Nice outdoor pool.

The bathroom is small but, everthing else made up for it.We did not expect to see a fire place in the room, that was great. We did not know about the suppers you all provided form Monday through Thursday. When I looked on line I did not see some of the great services you provided, like grocery pick up etc.The clerk Diana was fun and helped us out a lot. When we come back that way, we will definitely be staying there.Thank you so much for making our stay very pleasant, I have been telling a lot of people at work and our relative how nice it was.The closet spaces were ample the room was very nice not to mention the kitchen.The bed was comfortable and condo like apts. setting with the beautiful flowers in the center of the island was really pretty and romantic. Had stayed here years ago. Must have upgraded because this was new. Exceeded my expectations for a normal Residence Inn.

Exceeded my expectations in almost every category.

For the price I paid (about 1/3 normal), this suite was amazing. I wouldn't have liked it at full price (see Cons below), but at 1/3-price, it was incredible! Pros: Fireplace, small porch, full kitchen, king-size bed, and ample room throughout the suite. The kitchen came stocked with a refrigerator (with ice maker), stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and general dishes, cups, pots, and silverware. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet was great. They had home-made yogurt, scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, sausage links, yogurt cups, cereal, juice, etc. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The guy working the breakfast buffet hunted for 15 minutes just to find us some ketchup for our potatoes. The grounds were very attractive and felt very safe and family-friendly. Cons: The appliances were definitely dated - they worked fine, to be sure, but they just looked old. The furniture, bed, and pillows had obviously been used by a lot of travelers too, so they weren't as nice and fluffy as at most high-quality hotels.
