If was very clean, in a safe area of town and close to the arena and other venues.
There was nothing we did not like about this hotel.
We were traveling with small children, and it was nice to have a clean, quiet hotel to stay in. The breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

For us a quick overnight stop on the outskirts of Cleveland.
Self-Laundry had two broken machines and took forever.
It suited our purpose as a stopover hotel prior to moving on the next day on a long road trip. It was located on Cleveland outskirts with easy access to interstates. The rooms were large with kitchenettes.

The cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and location.
If it is cold or rainy, you have to go outside to get to the main lobby.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The suites were nice, spacious, and very clean. They have excellent housekeeping services and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great complimentary breakfast buffet. I enjoyed my entire 5 day, 4 night stay. I will and have recommended it to others.

Cooking area inside the suites.
I loved everything.
This hotel passed my expectations by 100%! I am usually a fan of the Embassy Suites, but the Residence Inn provided my husband and I with all the comfort of a one room suite, and the convenience of a stove top to cook our meals instead of going out for dinner. This of course made my husband happy since we did not have to spend a fortune on dinner. I think the Residence Inn is our new "Go To" spot when my husband and I want to get away. read more

Kitchenette, convenience of refrigerator, microwave, stove, utensils.
Wild party by large group at nearby room kept me and my family, in another room, awake much of the night. Heating system is worn and noisy.
Showers and heating system make loud noises, kept waking me up. When loud party occurred, including people outside my door (raucous), night manager said there was nothing he could do, and did not report the problem to day staff. I called the police, who stopped the problem. One of the staff knocked, did not hear me shout wait a minute, and entered my room while I was getting dressed -way before checkout time. read more
