Very clean and the staff was very informative and courteous.
Did not have any negative remarks.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant as well as comfortable. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The location was wonderful we felt very safe, overall I would recommed this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood.
Not safe,
the car next to us was broken into during the night.

An adult room would mean a king size bed or 2 double beds. This room only had one queen size bed. Luckily, the kids did not mind sleeping on the fold out couch, but I certainly do not think that qualifies as a comfortable bed.

The hotel had roaches. I'm a frequent traveler for business and pleasure and this is the first trip I've ever been on where my room had roaches.

The staff was great. I liked having kitchenette.
No cover from building to building.

I stayed in a different building from the main lobby. There is quite a walk from the parking lot to the building and there is no cover. When I was there we had rain, so I got wet taking my luggage from room to vehicle.

Comfort and cheap.
Asked for extra pillow, but it was out of pillow.

Good location if you want to stay in Dallas for long period. Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is extremely big; if you are in a group of 5 to 7 people (who doesn't mind sleeping in a sleeping bed, this is absolutely a great place to stay.
