Nice looking.
The staff.

The night staff was the worst ever. Not only did I find them hanging outside of our room asking if we had weed in there (I had my teen with me, really)! We then had our do not clean cards in when we left only to come back to the rooms clean and our bags we all searched! We talked to the manager in the morning, he was very nice but still it was the worst.

Cost of overnight use of parking garage was a bit much.

The hotel was very nice, very clean and had easy in-out access from the parking garage which is nice, so I didn't have to go through the lobby in my sleeping clothes if I needed to get something out of my car. The staff was nice and attentive when necessary. My room was kept very clean, and all of the extra amenities of having a kitchen and separate living area in the room was a pleasant surprise. read more

You could shut the doors off from queen bed to pull out couch for extra privacy!

You get the suite feeling without the expensive suite prices. Good for families with kids or friends staying with each other. All non-smoking hotel which was great. Great location walking distance or short cab ride if weather is bad!

Parking was expensive,breakfast was so-so.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Parking was a little steep at $18/night and the breakfast was okay.

I thought that this hotel was way more than I had planned on and I was very impressed with the size of room and all the accommodations.

Rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, microwave and fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

Everything was wonderful. The staff allowed us to park gratis until our room was ready even though we walked in three hours before check in.
