The size and comfort of the room was just perfect.
Carpeting needed updating.

While not in the middle of the action this hotel was still convenient for my visit with family. Lots of shopping close by for someone who might like to spend time there.

Staff was helpful.
The breakfast was undersupplied on the last day of our stay.

Hotel was nice. An incredible value. The staff was friendly. It was a little difficult to find but is conveniently located to shopping areas once you find the hotel. I will most likely stay there again.

Location of the room-info on coffee maker.

The location is far out of the way of the beaten path - there is no wireless so you are limited to the desk for any work. When I called about getting filters for the coffee maker the guy told me small, it was a full size coffee maker so that was an extra trip I had to make.

Beautiful hotel, attractive decor, very comfortable and the landscaping was nice. The evening reception and the morning breakfast was delicious.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Residence Inn. It was close to restaurants and shopping and also close to the light rail station. The bed was very comfortable and the layout of the suite was nice.

It was a very nice room and everyone was very accommodating.
It was raining and snowing and there was no drive through canopy.

I would stay there again. It is the first place we have ever stayed that offered an evening hot snack bar and drinks and a hot breakfast. Plenty of room in this studio suite.
