Getting shabby, stained carpet, old furniture, and a old small TV.

This probably is more a 2 star motel. There is lots of storage, big closets and is an excellent choice for long term stay. For short term, it lacks any pizazz.

Accuracy, great hospitality, wonderful evening dinner, excellent breakfast, spacious room.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for years, but recently I tried Residence Inn in Troy, MI and it far exceeded my expectations. I am hoping to return as soon as possible. My stay was home away from home very convenient and the staff was heaven sent. God sure does love them. Keep on keeping on. Regina Bishop.

The studio apartment setup of the room is nice.
Room service never came to clean our room the whole time we were there.

The hotel overall was OK. Room service goes home early on Sunday so expect to have a dirty room unless you wake up before they leave or clean it yourself (like we did) but other than that hotel was good.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It was a great place to stay for buisness travelers. It had a great breakfast that was included in the price which was great for families and buisness tavelers. There were alot of families staying there that we saw.

Spacious room, friendly staff, convenient for families though privacy is limited in the studio units. Even though I never cook in a hotel, I like having a kitchen. Updates look recent because many people commented on how it needed updating. Looked fine to me. Absolutely no complaints.

The space was great for our size group. Second level and kitchen were a definite bonus. Loved the staff.
The home fries looked crispy but they were mushy. That's my only complaint.

The space was very clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area and I would recommend this Residence Inn to anyone traveling with a family or group.

Spacious enough for a larger family to stay comfortably.
Located outside of the immediate city limits.

The free breakfast was the best! The staff working in the breakfast area was phenomenal!
