The staff, room & breakfast were wonderful!
The murphy bed wasn't the most comfortable.

The hotel was nice and roomy - get area for kids. the breakfast was very nice - a lot to eat and wonderful staff!

Needs new coat of paint on all stair areas. Cobwebs in some corners.

It was okay, but I do not think this hotel should have a 3 star.

I'm handicapped, excellent access.
Bathroom was inconvenient, and noisy room.

Way too much noise from room above. Toilet too low, and carpet badly stained.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Hotel was too close to the freeway. Freeway traffic noise could be heard, especially trucks passing.

It had it's own Kitchen.

I really liked this place. I would totally recommend it to people traveling in groups as it's very convenient with the Kitchen.

Full kitchen, ground floor, and the parking outside room.
Getting shabby, stained carpet, old furniture, and a old small TV.

This probably is more a 2 star motel. There is lots of storage, big closets and is an excellent choice for long term stay. For short term, it lacks any pizazz.

Accuracy, great hospitality, wonderful evening dinner, excellent breakfast, spacious room.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for years, but recently I tried Residence Inn in Troy, MI and it far exceeded my expectations. I am hoping to return as soon as possible. My stay was home away from home very convenient and the staff was heaven sent. God sure does love them. Keep on keeping on. Regina Bishop.
