The staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms well set up for laptop computers.
I was overcharged $100.00 by the hotel (later corrected)

The hotel was exceptionally clean, spacious, and the staff was friendly. There is a very good buffet breakfast offered every morning (already included in the room rate, so it is "free") and the staff does its best to vary it somewhat from day to day. However, I was overcharged $100.00 by the hotel (on my credit card) and it required some effort (including an in-person visit to see the hotel manager) to get it straightened out. I would have rated this hotel a 10 if not for the billing problems. The entire hotel is smoke-free, which I consider a plus. read more

I really liked the social hour that they have during the week.
There wasn't anything that I did not like.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, everybody from the hotel desk personnel to the housekeeping staff was very helpful with all of our questions.
