The cleanliness and the warm and friendly people helping us.
the breakfast was tasty, but serving bowls, plates were not kept full. Lot of people there, maybe that was the reason

Easy directions to the hotel. Clean and Bright. Also nice and quiet to sleep. Beds really confertable.

Good location.
Only one Queen bed available to each room.

There is no ice machines on any floors as there are ice makers in the room (kitchenette), but ours was broken and we had to go to the hotel lobby and ask for ice each of the 3 days. We liked the kitchen in each room and we had a nice view.

The layout of the hotel and the room itself were very nice.
When I plugged in 4 children and 1 adult I was given 1 room with a bed and pullout, I slept in a chair (not good).

I was given a 1 bedroom with a pull out sleeper sofa. That accommodated 4 of us. The hotel indicated that placing a rollaway in the room for me would break firecode and no other rooms were available so I unfortunately slept in a chair. The hotel provided extra blankets and pillows. This was not my idea of appropriate accommodations when I signed up.
