The hotel was very pleasant to stay at and the customer service was excellent.
There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

When I arrived at this hotel I was very impressed with it. The customer service was excellent and my room was clean and ready for me. It was a quiet stay and I felt very safe. It was close to my destination (Fresno State) and to other areas where I wanted to do some shopping. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

The bed was incredibly comfortable.

I loved the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen in the room. The bathroom was nice and clead, as were the towels. The bed was great and the hotel was clean and quiet, both inside and out.

Great breakfast, nice room, great stay.
A little too close to the fwy, just a little noisy.

Check-in was fast and easy. My kids wished we would have had time to use the pool, tennis court and basketball court, maybe next time. This is a great area, food, shopping and entertainment everywhere! Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were spacious and clean.
The clerk was very rude.

The hotel was excellent. The bed was comfortable and it was relaxing. I arrived earlier than my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter, we were all there for a business trip and when they checked in they would not give out an extra key so they had to put their stuff in one room until my son and I arrived back from the convention. It was 1:00 am.
