Helpful staff, breakfast, family friendly.
One (of two) elevator not working for entire stay.

Family friendly with bar-b-que area, heated pool, exercise room, game room, complimentary breakfast and kitchens in rooms. Not close enough to Disneyland to walk, but close to nice family restarants, fast food & Target (good for groceries).

Smelly/stained porta crib.

We always stay at this hotel when we are spending a couple days at Disneyland. It's close to the park so we can go back for naptime and get to the park at opening time in the morning. The kitchen is comes in handy. We can stock the fridge with kid friendly stuff. The complimentary breakfast is great for families. Nothing fancy but the kids will find something they like. The pool is heated for year round fun. read more

The in room kitchen.
The price. They also did not have anyone available to handle an overflowing toilet.

Although residence inn is generally the best quality available, it is not cheap and this one is not so great. The toilet in my room overflowed early in the morning and they didn't have anyone available to unplug it or clean up the mess. They sent the security guard up with a plunger for me to unplug it myself.

My stay was pleasant overall.
They double charged me and I am still waiting for someone to call me back and credit my acct.

Our stay was pleasant and staff were very friendly, but their accounting dept personnel proved poor customer service.
