Residence Inn Grand Rapids

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast was very good for a hotel.

This Residence Inn is a little long in the tooth, but otherwise fine. Rooms are grouped in buildings of 8 rooms each. Rooms are entered motel-style from the outside. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast is good.

My room was more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. The included breakfast was excellent. The staff was great. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The only bad thing I can say is that the paths and walkways to the rooms are really dark. While walking to my room, a couple was standing near my door. It was so dark, I couldn't tell if it was 1 person, a man or woman, or any other detail. They need lights. read more

Would recommend to anyone traveling for business or pleasure. A great place to lay your head for a day, week or month.

The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. All the facilities were clean and tidy. The only critique was that the furnace in the room I had was located next to the bed, and was very noisy. The room is tired looking, and is in need of a renovation to meet Residence Inn standards.

Excellent stay especially for the money. Hotel was filled to capacity but you would never know it as it was quiet. A nice clean and quiet facility. Great service from the front desk too.

Clean spacious, not very quiet, bed was small.
