Valet parking is 24 hours and they are very prompt.

Was there Fri - Sun after Thanksgiving. Front desk staff was very friendly, always greeting me when I came back from being out. Hotel only offers valet parking which was $17 a night while I was there however they offer 24 hour access, it's secure and the guys were very quick and friendly. The service rivaled that of some 4-5 star hotels I've stayed at.

The staff was very friendly and it was close to the convention center.

It was a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody. I was even able to enjoy using the hot tub and laundry facilities which made my trip more enjoyable.

Room needed a really good cleaning - mold in bathroom and kitchen dirty not properly cleaned.

Great location, perfect for business travel. Kitchen convenient for extended stays.

Only had valet parking.

The Residence Inn is lovely. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool was very small and is shared between the Residence Inn and the Courtyard. I look forward to staying there again.

The continental breakfast and staff assistance.
Room felt a little bare.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was conveniently located. Something about the room didn't quite feel the same level of quality I have felt staying at other residence inns in other cities. Overall good experience.

Pool was only 3 feet deep everywhere.

Great quality. Clean and well serviced. Free breakfast was amazing. Spa tub is nice but pool, being only 3 feet deep, leaves much to be wished for on a hot day for those 6 foot tall!
