Full kitchen is nice to have for extended stays.
The hotel was very clean and nice. The accommodations far exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean and a good size. The complimentary breakfast far exceeded expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Internet access was spotty with ethernet. Location was near the highway, but that's about it.
Overall, a good value for the money. Clean, comfortable, and safe. I was happy with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Houston with their own transportation (although the hotel offered on call shuttle service to anywhere within 3 miles). Easy access to the highway, but there's no indication you're near it when you're in the hotel (noise, etc.). The drawback is that you'll have to get in your car to go anywhere - there's nowhere you'll want to walk to nearby. read more

The space in the room and the kitchen area.
It was too far from where we needed to be.
The hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious.

Spacious accommodations. Great location.
This hotel is a bargain for those who want convenience without a lot of cost. It offers clean suites, quiet halls and a pleasant lobby. The suites are tastefully decorated with fast internet connections. The staff is also very friendly and professional.

Looked old, room smelled musty.
Room appeared to be clean even though it smelled musty. Air conditioner was very loud when it cycled and woke me frequently that night. Conveniently located.

I loved the extra space and feeling of privacy.
Fake butter at breakfast (aka buttery spread).
I was traveling alone for a workshop, and really enjoyed being able to spread out and feel at home in the little suite I had. I'm not really comfortable being 'out' alone in a big city and it was nice not to feel shut into a tiny creepy hotel room. The bed was super comfortable and everything worked great. Breakfast had just about everything you could imagine, so there's something for everyone. I just wish they'd had some butter for my toast! As it was there was margarine and 'buttery spread'. And the zero policy thing they have you sign was a bit weird. I've traveled for over 40 years and never encountered that one! read more

Seemed to be newer hotel, enjoyed shuttle service..
Nothing.
Room was spotless and spacious. Clerks were friendly and extremely helpful. Pool and facilities were clean and well kept. Shuttle service was very convenient. The variety of choices at breakfast was a pleasant surprise. My little girl enjoyed the complimentary popcorn in the room. My only regret is that we were unable to stay another night.
