Hotel staff obliging.
Housekeeping neglected room one day.

Clean efficient small suite. Buffet breakfast is below good. Designed for family, not so good for single or couple.

The room was great.
The pool was dirty.

It more than exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a family suit and our children loved their own room. The breakfast buffet was adequate. It was close to Downtown Disney and the shuttle offered transportation to the Disney Parks.

The hotel was extremely convenient in terms of amenities and space and especially due to the proximity to Disney World.
Everything was good.

The hotel was excellent. We stayed in their studio room and it was spacious and had a kitchenette. The hotel has laundry facilities and they are extremely clean and convenient. It was wonderful to have because I traveled with my 13 month old and my husband. It is extremely close (less than 5 minutes) to Disney World in a very quiet and nice area.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

This hotel is great for family and business traveler. Good location and provides shuttles to local attractions. The breakfast was great! I'd recommend it to anybody.

Remodeling construction in general areas.

Everything in the room was a pleasant surprise and flawless. Breakfast buffet was a real treat. Some minor remodeling construction to dodge in hallways, but otherwise couldn't have been better.

The rooms were beautiful. Loved the separate areas like living room.

The staff was very friendly. The room was so cozy and comfortable and clean. I loved the fact that there were separate rooms where you can watch TV or just relax without going into the bedroom.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff.
Parking is limited.

This is an ideally located new hotel to the Downtown Disney area and has everything you could want including extremely comfortable beds (where can I buy one?). I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will attempt to stay there again.
