I liked the feel of having a cozy apartment away from home.
The continental breakfast.

We were near the convention center. I wished there were more things within walking distance. By car we were 5 to 10 min away from the strip and the attractions. Which was fine for the price. I liked that Residence Inn was cozy and quiet. I would recommend this hotel if you don't want to be near the crazy strip.

Roches, bed, noise, general room appearance, and delapedated furnishing.

This hotel is at the best a 2 star. The furnishing is outdated and delapedated. The work out room is in the next hotel over. It usually takes them 24 hours to respond to a complaint. I would avoid this hotel in the future.

It was spacious and had a full kitchen.
We did not receive any assistance with the moth problem. We spent hours getting rid of them.

Other than the insects, this hotel was clean. The bed comfortable and the room spacious. I just think they should have handled the moth situation better. Especially since they said this happens every year. Someone had already switched from our room to another room before we got there. They should have informed us of the situation before we walked on on 50 flying moths. No exaggeration. read more
