It was clean.
The coffee maker in the room was broke.

The bed didn't seem as comfortable as the nearby Marriot and the coffee maker in the room didn't work the lid to the pot was missing but I love the size of the room and it was spotlessly clean.

Lack of insulation over bathroom could hear everthing.

This is a very nice hotel. I have stayed at court yard at same location. Perfer this one over all the others I have stayed at in the area.

The free breakfast was a bonus and the outdoor pool was great for a hot summer's day.
It was a bit dated and the bed was sunken in the middle....very uncomfortable....my back ached the next morning.

We stayed at the Residence Inn in Novi previously which is why we wanted to try the one in Livonia. However, the found the room was disappointing in comparison as it was smaller and dated. The only plus for us was that there was an outdoor pool at the Residence Inn in Livonia.

If you are traveling as a family, the Residence Inn is the place to stay. The room was bigger than my son's apartment in NY City!
