Small problem in room with internet connection was solved in minutes.
Two elevators for 18 floors not enough. We used the stairs for a 6th floor room.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms small, but adequate. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and reasonable quality of food.

The view on the 19th floor is very good, close to shops, restaurants and subway.
Bathtub drains poorly, flimsy balcony, only one bath for a two bedroom suite, and furniture was uncomfortable.

Area directly outisde hotel (within a block) felt a little unsafe later in the evening.

There are only two elevators and no freight elevator.

The breakfasts and evening snacks were great.
The hotel maid walked in on my while I was in the bathroom.

It was a very clean and updated hotel with a full kitchen that even had dishes, pots and pans, and utensils.

The lobby was well decorated in a clean and modern style. It was warm and inviting. We were greeted with a smiley and friendly staff.
There was no hot tub but the sauna made up for this.

Our stay was very nice. We had a one bedroom suite with two double beds, a full kitchen and a pull out couch. It was lovely to have such a large deck. The room was clean and inviting. The staff was very welcoming, and our sleep was undisturbed. The bedding was comfortable and cleaning staff came right as we were leaving.

It was like having a nice little apartment away from home except it was way cleaner then my house and I liked the atmosphere.
There is honestly nothing I disliked about this hotel.
